Healthy Skin Routine
Skin is the
largest organ of our body. Every 28 days our skin will regenerate. Your Skin
Routine will determine the overall appearance of your skin, for better or worse.
The healthy routine should be like
Cleansing-> Toner->Microneedle->Active
ingredients-> Moisturize-> Sun screen
Cleansing
You have to
wash your face with a mild face wash twice a day. This will unclog your pores
and give skin breath fresh. Try to get a AHA/ BHA face wash if you have oily or
acne prone skin.
Moisturize
If you have
dry skin, you may not have the acne scars in your face. However, if you are on
other side you need to moisture your face every day. When you cleanse your face,
the skin will lost its moisture and to maintain the water balance the skin will
generate more sebum to protect your skin. This sebum can generate acne and it
can clog your pores.
Active Ingredients
Our skin
have different layers
i.
Stratum corneum- the outer layer of dead skin
ii.
Epidermis- Outer layer
iii.
Dermis –
Middle layer
iv.
Sub cutis- Fatty layer
If you are suffering from scars, or you want to
make your skin looks brighter, you need to use the active ingredients. This
active ingredient has to pass through the outer layer and reach the middle
layer of the skin. Use derma rollers before using the active ingredients. The
popular active ingredients are
a. Vitamin C
serums
b. Retinoid Serums
c. Niacin amide
serums
d. Rose hip oils
e. Vitamin B1
Sunscreen
UV rays are
most dangerous to the acne scar and it will get worse. You need to put
Sunscreen even you are inside the comfort of your house or in winter.
Derma rollers or Micro needling
One of the
cheapest way to treat acne scar is through derma rolling. It will generate
small injuries to skin and makes the skin to generate collagen tissues to repair
the skin. Active ingredients should apply after Derma rolling. This will make
the absorption 1000 times more than the normal.
Nutrition
The
collagen will be lesser when you are ageing. Therefore, you need to have proper
diet to maintain your healthy skin. Try to add more vitamin c, Omega 3 fatty
acids, peptides, vitamin A to your diet.
Rest
Make sure
you are getting enough sleep every day.
Exercise
Exercise will
improve your functioning of your body, remove toxins, improve blood flows and
will affect the overall health of your body.
